I voted for "No, I think you need more improvement first."
No offence, but I'd only commission someone I know can draw any character, any angle/perspective, any expression, any pose, and with a fantastic grasp on anatomy. An artist on the skill level of *Artgerm or ~Zyephens-Insanity (Zyephen's style beats everything <3)
You're good, but you're not on a high level of skill yet :/

Thank you for your honesty. But those are some high expectations from a $3 commission! I would like you to be a little more specific on what I need to improve on. And seriously, artwork isn’t about comparing to other people. It’s about being unique and expressive. How do you measure skill? But non-the less, I appreciate (and will continue to appreciate) your input. :/

Sorry if I came off as a bit rude there >>; It was around 6 am here when I wrote it, sorry.
Skills basically mean how well you're able to draw out what you see in your head (or in this case, what others see in their heads). Having an amazing grasp of anatomy is one of the main keys to that.
And yeah, it was a bit highly expected :/ But hey, there are some fantastic artists out there drawing almost for free. And to be commissioned, what matters the most is basically your ability to draw what your commissioner wants.
And as for what you need to improve on, well, I think you need to get better at colouring, and you need a more realistic grasp on anatomy :/ That's basically it, just those two things. And again, sorry for the rudeness ^^;
